    This guide is designed for employees of the Isha Foundation (and related entities) to help them navigate the Human Resource Management System (HRMS) for attendance, leave management, and payslips.

    1. Open the website or app.
    2. Enter your Employee ID (or Username provided by HR).
    3. Enter your Password.
    4. Click Login.

    First-Time Login: If this is your first time logging in, your default password is often set to your Employee ID or a default string (e.g., Welcome@123). You will be prompted to change this immediately. isha hrms portal

    Troubleshooting Login Issues:

    • Forgot Password? Look for a "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will usually need access to your registered email or mobile number to receive an OTP.
    • Account Locked: After multiple failed attempts, your account may lock. You must contact the HR or IT helpdesk to unlock it.
