When reviewing software, consider the following aspects:
- Purpose and Features: What is the software designed to do? What features does it offer?
- Ease of Use: How user-friendly is the software? Is it easy to navigate and understand?
- Performance: How well does the software perform its intended functions? Are there any bugs or issues?
- Support and Documentation: What kind of support does the software offer (e.g., customer support, FAQs, user manuals)?
- Security: How well does the software protect user data and prevent unauthorized access?
- Cost and Value: Is the software free or paid? Is it worth the cost based on its features and performance?

- Summarization: ROUGE-1/2/L, BLEU, BERTScore.
- NER/Extraction: precision, recall, F1.
- Human evaluation: fluency, adequacy, factuality (5-point scale).
