No beta macOS is complete without the beta Xcode. Apple releases Xcode betas specifically to debug the new SDKs (Software Development Kits).

Option A: VMware or UTM (Virtualization)

This is the safest method.

  1. Create a new VM with "macOS 10.12" as the guest OS.
  2. Assign 4 GB of RAM (minimum) and 60 GB of HDD space.
  3. Convert the BaseSystem.dmg from the beta DMG into an ISO.
  4. Install. Note that Beta 5 has expired certificates. You must disconnect the internet and set the VM date to July 15, 2017 using terminal: 
    date 0715110017
    Otherwise, macOS will refuse to install because the beta "has expired."
