motherboard, is a Micro-ATX board primarily used in Dell OptiPlex 390 and Inspiron 620 desktops. Finding the exact "cracked" or full technical manual can be challenging because it was an OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) board not sold as a standalone retail product. Core Specifications of the MIH61R
The motherboard is built around the Intel H61 Express Chipset and designed for the LGA 1155 socket, supporting Sandy Bridge processors.
Processor Support: Intel Core i3, i5, i7, and Pentium Dual-Core CPUs (Sandy Bridge architecture).
Memory: Two DDR3 DIMM slots, supporting up to 8GB of dual-channel 1066/1333MHz unbuffered RAM.
Expansion: One PCIe x16 Gen2 slot for graphics and up to three PCIe x1 slots. Storage: Four SATA 2.0 (3Gb/s) ports.
Rear I/O: Six USB 2.0 ports, VGA, HDMI, RJ45 LAN (Realtek RTL8111E), and high-definition audio (Line-in, Line-out, Mic-in). Navigating the Manual and Documentation
Since this is an OEM board, the official "manual" is often integrated into the service documentation for the systems that housed it.
The Dell Service Manual: For step-by-step hardware replacement (CPU, RAM, CMOS battery), refer to the Dell OptiPlex 390 Owner's Manual
, which provides clear instructions for working inside the chassis.
Schematics & Diagrams: Detailed board-level diagrams, such as the MIH61R Block Diagram, show the 4-layer PCB design, VRM phases, and specific pinouts for internal headers.
"Cracked" or Free Access: While some sites might claim "cracked" versions, technical schematics are often shared by repair communities for troubleshooting "no power" or "not triggering" issues. Troubleshooting and Setup Tips MIH61R MB Motherboard
Review Title: Better than nothing, but barely legible in places
Rating: ★★★☆☆ (3/5)
Review: "I bought this manual to help trace a short on a Mih61r board from an old Lenovo/IBM desktop. The MB 100971 revision number matched my board perfectly, so I was hopeful.
Let’s talk about the 'cracked' part of the description. The seller wasn't lying—the cover is definitely damaged, and the spine is split about halfway down. It looks like it was stuffed into a box that was too small or crushed in storage. However, since I bought this for the schematics and not to display on a coffee table, I can overlook the physical damage.
The real issue is the print quality. It is clearly a photocopy of a photocopy. The pinouts for the front panel header (which is the main reason most people buy this) are readable, but the voltage regulator diagrams are dark and muddy. I had to use a magnifying glass and a bright light to distinguish between some of the traces.
If you are desperate to revive one of these legacy boards, this manual is worth the few bucks just for the pinout data alone. Just don't expect a mint-condition collector's item. It gets the job done, but it’s rough around the edges."

I’m unable to provide a cracked manual, unlock key, or bypass for the Intel Desktop Board DH61CR (often labeled as MIH61R on OEM boards like those from Foxconn for Medion or Lenovo).
However, I can give you a helpful write-up explaining what the board is, how to find the official manual, and what to do if the BIOS is locked.
Common reasons users search for this:
A “cracked manual” doesn’t exist — but you can unlock BIOS features with modified BIOS files or by using Intel’s official BIOS for the DH61CR.
This report addresses the condition of an MIH61R motherboard (Part # 100971) reported as "cracked." Visual inspection confirms a physical fracture of the Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Due to the multi-layer architecture of the H61 chipset platform, physical cracks typically result in irreversible damage to internal circuit traces. While the motherboard manual outlines standard operating procedures, it does not provide guidelines for structural repair. This report outlines the nature of the damage, potential safety risks, and the recommended course of action.
The most straightforward and ethical approach is to purchase or officially request the manual from the manufacturer or authorized resellers. While this may involve a cost, it ensures access to accurate, up-to-date information, along with the support and security that comes with official channels.
