Scarlet The Repo
Scarlet the Repo: A Comprehensive Overview
Potential Risks
- Malware Injection: The biggest risk. Because the IPAs are not vetted by Apple, a malicious developer could inject spyware, ad-clickers, or credential stealers.
- Certificate Farming: Some scam versions of "Scarlet" exist that simply harvest your device UDID to sell to advertisers.
- Revocation Loops: Fake pop-ups claiming "Your phone has a virus" often appear on scam sites impersonating Scarlet.
Scarlet Won’t Open After Install
- Fix: Enable Developer Mode (iOS 16+). If that doesn’t work, reboot your device. If still broken, the certificate likely died during installation—wait for an update.
